West of Everything VII: The Chase
Original: 36” × 48” Acrylic & Oil on Canvas
Some moments in life don’t wait for certainty.
They demand commitment.
The Chase captures that relentless pursuit—the willingness to ride headfirst into the unknown, driven by instinct, resilience, and purpose. The faceless cowboy represents anyone who refuses to stand still, while the charging horse embodies raw determination, power, and freedom. The distant riders fade into the horizon as the lead rider breaks away, reminding us that every meaningful journey eventually becomes a path we must ride alone.
As the seventh chapter in the West of Everything collection, The Chase is a reminder that dreams are rarely caught by those who hesitate. They’re earned by those willing to keep moving, even when the destination isn’t yet in sight.
