“Cowboy Up” 2025
Cowboy Up marks the first chapter in my new series exploring the wild frontier, raw, untamed, and powered by the grit that built it. This original 36 x 36” painting, created with a mix of acrylic and spray paint on a cradled panel, captures the relentless toughness and unshakable resilience of the cowboy spirit.
Inspired by a spontaneous trip to the rodeo, this piece became an instinctive creation, one I didn’t plan, but one that quickly became a personal favorite. The energy of the arena, the chaos of the ride, and the fearless grit of these riders all found their way into the layers of color, texture, and motion across the panel.
Bold, elemental, and unapologetically wild, Cowboy Up stands as a tribute to the courage it takes to climb on, hold tight, and face whatever buck comes next. This piece is the heartbeat of the series, where the frontier begins.
